DBA - an awesome bar in New Orleans on Frenchmen St where the PLBs play about once per month. Tons of great beer on tap and cheap admission($5) to see any show!
Chelsea's - the only place to be in Baton Rouge. This is a classy bar - with loads of room to dance and frequent hosts to Cajun music
